Maintenance plans for Immergas boilers
We offer scheduled maintenance plans and extended warranty on the entire range of Immergas boilers, supplementing the provisions of the regulation in force regarding consumer protection and safety of heating systems.
- Boiler annual maintenance and cleaning
- Biennial combustion test
- Service within 36 hrs from the call
- System logbook filled out and sent electronically to CRITER
- Precedence over non-subscribing customers in case of malfunction
- 7/7 service on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings for the months between November and February (excluding national holidays) with payment of the ordinary fixed call charge
- Boiler annual maintenance and cleaning
- Biennial combustion test
- Service within 36 hrs from the call
- System logbook filled out and sent electronically to CRITER
- Precedence over non-subscribing and “Basic” customers in case of malfunction
- 7/7 service on Saturday afternoons and Sunday mornings for the months between November and February (excluding national holidays) with free of charge call
- Free fixed call out fee during week days for repairs needed
- Free labour charges for repairs
